Grounds Person – No experience required but preference would be given to those with tree care experience. Must be hard working and able to lift at least 50 lbs. numerous times per day. Must have reliable transportation to and from work. A valid GA driver’s license is a plus and allows for advancement opportunities. Applicants but be able to pass E-Verify and pre-employment drug testing.
Second Climber – 3 years’ experience required. Must be familiar with spike-less climbing techniques and proficient in using them. Must know proper pruning standards as well as all aspects of rigging for removals. Experience with removals via cranes is not required but will be considered a plus. A valid GA driver’s license is required for driving and would allow for future advancement.
Crew Leader – 3-5 years minimum experience required. Must be able to communicate and read and comprehend the English language. Must have a valid GA Driver’s license. CDL is not required but would be given preference among applicants. Experience with all aspects of tree care to include but not limited to removals, (including crane removals), spike-less pruning, cabling and bracing, and lightning protection. Experience with bucket truck or lift operations would be a plus. ISA Certified Arborist, Certified Tree Worker a plus.
Equipment Operator – Must have a valid GA Class A CDL. Experience with excavators and tractors a plus.
Plant Health Care Technician – Must have a valid GA driver’s license. Experience with trees and large shrubs is a plus. GA Dept of Agriculture Category #24 pesticide license is required or the ability to achieve one within 6 months. Ability to self-manage and be responsible is a must as this job usually involves working alone. Cross-training in tree care will take place as technicians must be willing to work in other company operations as required.
Mechanic – Must have a valid GA driver’s license. Experience working on light to medium trucks is required. Small engine and equipment experience preferred. Must own you own tools.
